This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a talented, passionate Brand Communication Manager to take the lead in communication and also all things digital and play a key role in driving this already impressive business forward. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, quick thinker to join our fast-growing business and hit the ground running!


What you'll be doing:
This is truly an end-to-end role that will require a blend of strategic input and hands-on delivery across the full customer journey. You’ll focus on providing strategic input and implementing the brand communication strategy, assessing areas for improvement (using analytical data on site performance) in order to drive growth across trading, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. First, you could be focusing on brand communication strategy via websites, events, and other useful online and offline channels with EU and non-EU regions. The next, working on organic and paid digital channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Social Media, etc.), tying these in with marketing calendars. Also, carry different research- competitors, users, and brand awareness fockusing on product growth.

You'll work at pace and relish the opportunity to work on the full customer journey for a super exciting brand. What's not to like?
Preferable work experience as a Brand Manager in international trade companies with international target groups in the High Fashion industry.

What experience you'll need

  • Formal Marketing/PR/ Fashion/eCommerce University education;
  • Huge passion for Fashion;
  • Working with brands in their early stages of development.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in advertising, marketing is also required.
  • Extensive experience with all digital marketing channels would be a must.
  •  We expect, that you have already experienced in continually enhancing a particular brand image; increasing brand awareness, and providing after-sales support through advertisements, media, point-of-sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing;
  • Brand communications managers must be able to multi-task, do market research and analyze results effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders; understand the target market and its dynamics;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Lithuanian languages.
