Customer support representative (Norwegian tourism services)

We are looking for 3 booking office representatives based in Klaipeda, Lithuania. You are patient, knowledgeable, and friendly towards current and potential customers.

Job description:

  • answer customer questions regarding our tourism products and services;
  • identify customers’ needs and use knowledge database to recommend solutions to

    customer issues/concerns;

  • maintain customer accounts (e.g. update contact information, document phone;

  • interactions, update special preferences);

  • update statistical reports on customer support.

Reikalavimai

Job requirements:

  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • excellent verbal and written communication in English language;
  • European Union citizen, currently residing in Klaipeda city since it's an urgent position and it's not remote;
  • excellent prioritization and analytical skills;
  • take responsibility for the image of the company;
  • ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers;
  • a proven track record of transforming problems into solutions.

What we expect: we are looking for positive, energetic and friendly team member. Work experience in the travelling agency, customer support services or tourism sector in Norway - that is not mandatory, but would be your advantage. Our office is located in the very center of Klaipeda - at Herkaus galerija, 4th floor. 

Salary: from 1050 euros(brutto), all the extra hours are paid additionally. (This is a full-time position!)
